If Offering is supposed to be a pleasure then it s definitely a turn off with you guys. 9 days for a delivery. Emails and emails sent with one response on them. I will never Use you again and I will definitely let know people around about this behaviour
Hi Olivier, I want to further apologise for the delay in the arrival of your order. The hardest part about COVID and lockdown is the delays experienced by the network can hugely vary. We review these turnaround times frequently however even with the best of intentions from time to time parcels are held up longer than usual for reasons outside of our control. I have reviewed your order end to end. We received your order Friday 13th at approx 5pm. We don't operate on the weekends so the earliest your gift can be dispatched is Monday. We processed your order first thing Monday morning with your order being ready for collection by our courier at 9.30am.The ETA for delivery should have been Tuesday 17th or Wednesday 18th however delivery took place on Sunday. We recognise this is 4 days late and have refunded your delivery fee. In terms of our communications, we spoke to Kate via google and responded to the requests within minutes. Sorry we didn't respond to your last email on Friday until just now. Once again, sorry your gift was held up. Thank you, Emma
