Same Day Deliveries:
All same day deliveries must be sent to a delivery address where someone is available to receive the gift. If no one is available the courier must have access and your authority to leave in a safe location. If our courier is unable to complete the delivery of your gift due to no one being available and with no access/authority to leave in a safe location, a return and re-delivery fee will apply (minimum $10.00).
If you are unsure whether someone will be home to receive your gift, the standard or express shipping option will be more suitable as they have a process to leave a calling card for your receiver to collect from local news agency or to arrange a re-delivery.

We deliver Australia wide. Below is a breakdown of our delivery/shipping options.
Same Day Delivery:
MELBOURNE: We offer same day delivery to most areas within Melbourne. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout. Our same day delivery rates vary between $9.95 - $29.95.
All orders sent via our overnight express delivery service are delivered next business day when ordered before 2pm. Delivery to regional areas may vary.

When will my order be delivered?
All Melbourne same day orders are delivered Monday through Friday between 9:00am - 5pm for business addresses and between 9am - 7pm for residential addresses. We can not provide a specific time for the delivery of your order. Same day orders need to be received by 11am the day you require delivery, if you order is received after 11am we will process the following business day.
Standard and express orders are dispatched same day when your order is received before 2pm. See above for indicative delivery time-frames. Please note transit times may vary for regional locations.
For same day deliveries you will be sent an email when your order has been processed and is with courier for delivery.
For all other orders you will receive a tracking ID to track the progress of your delivery.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
All orders must be signed for unless you have given specific Authority to Leave. If you choose to provide special delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises we accept no responsibility for your delivery going missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.
Please note the following for unattended deliveries:
Our carriers reserve the right to leave a card (instead of your order) even if you request an unattended delivery.
They may do so if:
The courier feels it is unsafe to leave the goods.
There is no clear delivery instruction authorising them to leave the parcel in a safe place.
Somebody is home but they cannot provide proof of age
The driver is concerned that minors are present in the vicinity of your premises.
Unattended delivery is not available for:
Same day delivery
What happens if I provide incorrect delivery instructions?
Please ensure you provide us with the correct address for the recipient.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions we will not accept responsibility for the failed delivery.
If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver on the same day if our courier has the capacity to do, alternatively we will need to arrange delivery for another day. However, if this occurs we will charge a minimum courier fee of $10.50.
Manflower Co supports the responisble service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order online or receive a delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for change of mind.
If the gift you have chosen is the wrong size, we will happily exchange the item for another size. Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the below process:
Email email@example.com with your order number, and the size you would like to receive. The original item must be returned in unused condition at the customer’s own shipping expense.
If there is damage to the packaging and or product, we will not be able to accept the exchange. Manflower Co will send out the exchange product with free standard shipping.
