COVID-19 Operational Update 25/06/2020

ūüöö We use Australia Post for¬†standard shipping, please be mindful they are experiencing delays within their network due to COVID-19. This is resulting in longer delivery timelines with 90% of late items arriving¬†within 3 business days of their due date. For example, it would normally take up to 3 business days to send a gift from Melbourne to Sydney, with the current circumstances please allow an¬†additional¬†3 business days. WA and regional areas are experiencing significant delays, the recommended method is Express Shipping for these areas.

‚úąÔłŹ We use Startrack Premium for our¬†Express Shipping¬†option and we are seeing 90% of gifts delivered within 2-3 business¬†days.


First and foremost, serviceability from all our courier partners still remains paramount however with the extra demand on the courier network and the implementation of COVID-19 measures (such as Social Distancing), delivery times may be impacted. If you are in a rush for your gift to be received we highly recommend using Express Shipping or Same Day Delivery (if applicable - Melbourne only). We ask our customers to be patient and trust that Manflower Co and our delivery partners are doing the best job they can.

Contactless Delivery:

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection. When a courier driver or postie delivers to the door the driver will ask and record the recipients name and sign on their behalf. However during this time we encourage our customers to select Authority to Leave during the check out process to accommodate 'contactless' delivery.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver Australia wide. Please refer to the below for indicative delivery time-frames. 

Express Delivery: $12.95

When to use:

Do you need a gift delivered quickly anywhere in Australia? If you answered yes, this is your ticket to getting a gift in their hands ASAP.


Not last minute but you're targeting a specific delivery day? Use this delivery option and order 1 day before you would like your gift to be delivered.

How to use:

Place your order before 1pm (AEST), select express shipping at checkout and your Express-Gift will reach its destination before 5:00pm the next working day*.

Same Day Delivery: MELBOURNE ONLY - Price calculated at checkout.

Same day delivery is eligible for Melbourne delivery addresses. 

When to use:

Do you need your gift delivered today? This delivery method will be your secret weapon. Offering door-to-door service with live tracking, you will see your gift set-off from Manflower Co HQ into the hands of your happy recipient.

How to use:

Place your order before 11am (AEST), select same day delivery at checkout and your gift will reach its destination before 5:00pm that day. If Same day delivery is selected after 11am we will despatch the following business day.

Standard Delivery: $7.95: FREE for orders over $70.00

When to use:

Regularly used for celebrating a birthday week, thank you gifts and a lot of cool sneaky surprises. If you have time up your sleeve or you know that receiving a gift is awesome regardless of the day of the week - this delivery method has your name all over it. 

How to use:

Place your order before 1pm (AEST) for same day despatch, select standard shipping at checkout and your gift will reach its destination in 3-5 business days (WA and regional areas may take longer, please review indicative time-frames below).

When will my order be delivered?

Our couriers operate Monday - Friday conducting deliveries between 9am and 5pm. On occasion deliveries are made outside this hours. Please note we do not deliver on weekends or VIC public holidays.

Order tracking

You will receive an email to confirm your order has been processed, this will include a tracking ID to track the progress of your delivery.

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive delivery?

All orders must be signed for unless you have given specific Authority to Leave. If you choose to provide special delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises we accept no responsibility for your delivery going missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.

Please note the following for unattended deliveries:

Our carriers reserve the right to leave a card (instead of your order) even if you request an unattended delivery.

They may do so if:

The courier feels it is unsafe to leave the goods.

There is no clear delivery instruction authorising them to leave the parcel in a safe place.

Somebody is home but they cannot provide proof of age 

The driver is concerned that minors are present in the vicinity of your premises.

Unattended delivery is not available for: 
Same day delivery

What happens if I provide incorrect delivery instructions?

Please ensure you provide us with the correct address for the recipient.

If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions we will not accept responsibility for the failed delivery.

If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver on the same day if our courier has the capacity to do, alternatively we will need to arrange delivery for another day. However, if this occurs we will charge a minimum courier fee of $10.50.

Does the courier call the recipient on delivery?

Unfortunately due to the large number of deliveries our couriers undertake they are unable to call the recipient at the time of delivery. If you have any concerns surrounding your delivery, please email 


Manflower Co supports the responisble service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order online or receive a delivery.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for change of mind.

If the gift you have chosen is the wrong size, we will happily exchange the item for another size.  Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the below process:

Email with your order number, and the size you would like to receive. The original item must be returned in unused condition at the customer’s own shipping expense.

If there is damage to the packaging and or product, we will not be able to accept the exchange. Manflower Co will send out the exchange product with free standard shipping.
