Where do we deliver?
We deliver Australia wide. Please refer to the below for indicative delivery time-frames.
Express Delivery: $12.95
All orders sent via express delivery are delivered in two business days. For example, an order placed on Monday will be delivered Wednesday and an order placed on Wednesday will be delivered Friday.
*Delivery to regional areas may vary.

When will my order be delivered?
Our couriers operate Monday - Friday conducting deliveries between 9am and 5pm. On occasion deliveries are made outside this hours. Please note we do not deliver on weekends or VIC public holidays.
You will receive an email to confirm your order has been processed, this will include a tracking ID to track the progress of your delivery.
What happens if the recipient is not available to receive delivery?
All orders must be signed for unless you have given specific Authority to Leave. If you choose to provide special delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises we accept no responsibility for your delivery going missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.
Please note the following for unattended deliveries:
Our carriers reserve the right to leave a card (instead of your order) even if you request an unattended delivery.
They may do so if:
The courier feels it is unsafe to leave the goods.
There is no clear delivery instruction authorising them to leave the parcel in a safe place.
Somebody is home but they cannot provide proof of age
The driver is concerned that minors are present in the vicinity of your premises.
Unattended delivery is not available for:
Same day delivery
What happens if I provide incorrect delivery instructions?
Please ensure you provide us with the correct address for the recipient.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions we will not accept responsibility for the failed delivery.
If we are unable to deliver to the address provided we can re-deliver on the same day if our courier has the capacity to do, alternatively we will need to arrange delivery for another day. However, if this occurs we will charge a minimum courier fee of $10.50.
Does the courier call the recipient on delivery?
Unfortunately due to the large number of deliveries our couriers undertake they are unable to call the recipient at the time of delivery. If you have any concerns surrounding your delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Manflower Co supports the responisble service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order online or receive a delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for change of mind.
If the gift you have chosen is the wrong size, we will happily exchange the item for another size. Exchanges will only be accepted on full price items within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the below process:
Email email@example.com with your order number, and the size you would like to receive. The original item must be returned in unused condition at the customer’s own shipping expense.
If there is damage to the packaging and or product, we will not be able to accept the exchange. Manflower Co will send out the exchange product with free standard shipping.
