What craft beer is included with my gift?

The beer included with your beer gift or gift pack will depend. If the gift has the option to select a specific beer type we will include the beer you've selected. Some gift packs are paired with a specific beer range and this will be detailed in the gift pack inclusions. If there is no option to choose or the beer range is not specifically mentioned we will include any of our available beer ranges from Balter Brewers, Stone & Wood and Sample Brew. If you would like a specific beer range included with your gift, you are welcome to use the special instructions box on our cart page to request it.

Do we include an invoice or order receipt?

No, the only information enclosed with your gift is the gift message you've requested us to include. If you need a GST invoice or sales receipt, please email hello@manflowerco.com.au and we can email one through.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide. Please refer here for more information on delivery.

When do we deliver?

All our couriers operate Monday through Friday conducting deliveries between 9am - 5pm. On occasion deliveries take place outside of these hours. Please note we do not deliver on weekends.

Can I request to leave my gift without signature?

Please make use of the below special delivery instructions box found on the cart page to advise of your specific delivery instructions.

What payment methods does Manflower Co accept?

Manflower Co accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also process your payment via Paypal. We are now accepting Zip Pay.

Is it safe to use my credit card online with Manflower Co?

All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe Payment Solutions and we use SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.

What happens if my order does not arrive or are damaged on delivery?

We will do our best to ensure this doesn't happen however in the event your order is damaged or does not arrive, please contact us asap and we will work through an appropriate solution for you. We may require proof of damage so we can follow it up with our suppliers and delivery partners.
