Where do we deliver to?

MELBOURNE: We offer same day delivery to most areas within Melbourne. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout. Our same day delivery rates vary between $9.95 - $19.95.

AUSTRALIA WIDE: You will have two options at check out. Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

The below time-frames are indicative based on the information provided by our courier provider and apply from the time your order is dispatched.

Express Delivery:

All orders sent via our overnight express delivery service are delivered next business day when ordered before 12pm. Delivery to regional areas may vary.

When do I have to place an order by?

MELBOURNE: We accept orders up until 11am for same day delivery. Alternatively you can use our delivery date selector to order in advance.

AUSTRALIA WIDE: We will dispatch same day if your order is received prior to 12pm. 

What payment methods does Manflower Co accept?

Manflower Co accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also process your payment via Paypal.

Is it safe to use my credit card online with Manflower Co?

All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe Payment Solutions and we use SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.

What happens if my order does not arrive or are damaged on delivery?

We will do our best to ensure this doesn't happen however in the event your order is damaged or don't arrive, please contact us asap and we will work through an appropriate solution for you. We may require proof of damage so we can follow it up with our suppliers and delivery partners.
